The events of the world, our community or even the behaviours of those around us can effect how positive or negative we feel. If we feel negative on a regular basis this can lead to feeling miserable all the time and a lack of self-esteem which then impacts on our energy levels and how much we get done in the day.

Do you ever say something in anger and regret it later? Would you like to be able to say the right thing at the right time and keep your self-esteem intact? This workshop will introduce you to some of the techniques of assertiveness to help you get more of what you want whilst respecting the rights of other people.

Are you receiving me?: A one day workshop to help you develop that all important skill of communication
What you say isn’t always what the other person hears. Have you ever suffered from ‘crossed wires’ or said ‘That’s not what I meant’? Come and find out some simple ways of enhancing your communication whether it be with family, friends, colleagues or the boss.
Burnout Prevention: A one day workshop to highlight the causes and symptoms of stress
Do you sometimes feel that things are ‘getting on top of you’ or you feel you have lost control? Then this course will help you identify where your stress comes from, whether what you are doing now to cope is a ‘good’ strategy or one that causes even more stress, and what you can do to help you avoid its harmful affects.

Chill & Change: A personal change break
At times in our life we find ourselves feeling strong, confident and ready to tackle anything.
At other times it may feel that life seems very hard work, we feel like we have lost our way and become unsure of ourselves. This is when we have to take stock and remember who we are, what we are and just how important we are. This is a valuable opportunity to do just that.
So step back from your busy life and spend some quality time chilling out and changing your life with a mid week or weekend break away including one and half days of personal change training. Venues will be sourced according to the groups preferences (e.g. self catering country retreat or city centre hotel & spa etc) Prices depend on venue.
