THE NAME CHANGE
When we launched ConfidenceClub, it was the right name for where we were. But as our products, community and mission have evolved, we felt our name needed to evolve too. Invizi better captures what we're really about — helping you live your life fully, without incontinence holding you back. The name reflects that "invisible" confidence: the feeling of knowing you're protected and no one else needs to know. It's a name that belongs to our whole community, not just our brand.
The official switch happens on June 10, 2026. From that date, confidenceclub.co.uk will become invizi.co.uk — but don’t worry, if you still visit the confidenceclub website, you’ll be redirected to our new home.
It's a name change, and a brand evolution. The company, the team, the products and the community are all exactly the same. We're not being acquired, we're not merging with anyone. We're just growing up a little.
Nundies is staying exactly as it is. Nundies will continue as its own brand — it's designed specifically for kids and teens, and it's got its own identity that works beautifully for that community. You will continue to be able to shop for Nundies on the Invizi.co.uk website.
YOUR ACCOUNT & ORDERS
No. Your account automatically moves across to Invizi. Your login details, order history, saved addresses and preferences all stay exactly the same. Nothing for you to do.
Your subscription continues without interruption. Your products, pricing, delivery schedule and payment details are all unchanged. You'll see Invizi branding on your account and emails going forward, but everything else stays the same.
Yes — every order you've ever placed is still there, accessible in your account.
Absolutely. All gift cards and store credit balances carry across automatically.
If you're part of our rewards program, your points balance transfers automatically. Nothing is lost.
WEBSITE & SHOPPING
From June 10: invizi.com.au (Australia) and invizi.co.uk (United Kingdom). If you type in the old ConfidenceClub address, you'll be automatically redirected, so there's nothing you need to update.
You don't need to, but it's a good idea to update your bookmarks after June 10. Your saved passwords and autofill details should still work with the redirect, but updating them to the new URL will give you the smoothest experience going forward.
The old URLs will automatically redirect to the Invizi website. You won't hit a dead end, ever.
Yes — Nundies products continue to be available through the Invizi website..
PRODUCTS & PACKAGING
No. Same products, same materials, same sizing, same quality. The formulas and designs you rely on are not changing.
No price changes are associated with this rebrand.
EMAILS & COMMUNICATIONS
Yes — the same emails (order confirmations, shipping updates, newsletters, community content) will now come from an Invizi address. Please add hello@invizi.com.au / hello@invizi.co.uk to your safe senders list to make sure our emails don't end up in spam.
From June 10, emails will come from an @invizi.com.au or @invizi.co.uk address instead of @confidenceclub.com.au / .co.uk. The content and team behind them is exactly the same.
If you have an account with us and didn't receive an announcement email, check your spam folder. If it's not there, you can log in at invizi.com.au to verify your account is active, or contact our support team.
SOCIAL & COMMUNITY
Our social accounts are transitioning to Invizi branding. Our community content, support and engagement continue exactly as before.
Our community spaces are already built with Invizi, so everything continues exactly as it is.
