RETURN QUANTITY LIMITS
You may only ever return no more than 1 carton of each product. Some "carton" orders are delivered in 2 boxes, in those cases both boxes can be returned with at most 1 bag removed in total
We therefore recommend that you limit your first order to a single carton per product

You need to request the return within 30 days of receipt of the goods. If the return takes longer, that's ok
We'll refund you as soon as you get the items back.
