Returns Processing
- Please use your order number as the reference - this is a string that starts with "U" followed by numbers, found in your invoice email
- Returns can take up to 14 days to process in total
- Any refund will automatically be issued to the payment method you used to place the original order
- If you have multiple items to return you will need to process a return for each one

Free Returns are subject to our It Fits Or It's Free policy which has fair use limits such as:

- You have 30 days to start the return
- You may return a carton with at most 1 bag used for a full refund, otherwise refunds may be partial. This allows you to try and still return
- No open bags of disposable products should be returned
