3 Ways To Return

Choose your preferred way to return with Evri and use the Evri tracking service to track your return through every step of its journey

1. Evri ParcelShop

Accepts all parcel sizes & no printing at home required! Just drop off your parcel to a local ParcelShop - be sure to keep the return receipt or collection reference with your unique tracking number.

2. Evri Parcel Locker

Perfect for sending small parcels! Just drop off your parcel to a local Parcel Locker at any time. The largest size you can send via locker is 41cm W x 66cm D x 38cm H.

3. Evri Collection

Accepts all parcel sizes - just fill in a quick form and book your collection - be sure to keep the return receipt or collection reference with your unique tracking number.

Please Note:

Returns Processing

Please use your order number as the reference number (usually starts with a "U" and is in your invoice email). Returns can take up to 14 days in total to process, any refunds will automatically be issued to the payment method used to place the original order. If you have multiple items to return, you will need to process a return for each one.

Free Returns Eligibility

We have the following conditions:

A maximum of 1 carton of any product can be returned for free, with 1 bag used at most. You may return multiple different products. You have 30 days from receipt of your order to start the return. We will not accept opened bags, and any washable items being returned must be unused and in their original packaging.
